How To Get the Best Results from SLB

Learn the Technique

Start with the SLB Beginner Series. The Beginner Series consists of three 25-min workouts. If  you're already in great physical shape, the Beginner Series may not be a challenge for you, but we still highly recommend watching these videos at least once. This series will improve your form and technique helping to make your future SLB workouts more effective and efficient and give you results more quickly. *The 7 basic principles and fundamentals of Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting are different from other workouts and we can't stress enough the value of having proper form! 

Choose between The Program or Quick Burn Program

The Program consists of a combination of full length workouts (30-55 minutes) and Quick Burn workouts (under 30 minutes). The Program will help you achieve your desired results faster. 

Quick Burn workouts: Short classes. Long-term effects. The Quick Burn Program consists of under 30 min workouts, and it's perfect for anyone who is just getting back into their fitness routine or has limited time due to demanding schedules. These workouts are quick and efficient. You will get the same results as if you were following the program but it will take slightly  longer to achieve those results. 

Follow The Schedule

The Studio LB Program and Quick Burn Program schedules are designed to target every part of your body and create proper muscle balance throughout the week. This will help you achieve your desired results quickly and efficiently.  It's ok if you can't follow the schedule perfectly, but try to do each workout at least once so that you're achieving muscle balance. If you only have time for two workouts aim for at least one Cardio + Sculpt workout, and one Sculpt workout.  

A Balanced Diet

Diet is everything and your results are greatly impacted by what you put into your body. Nutrition is 90% of the equation- a great workout routine can only take your results so far. Ditch the processed food and aim to eat as many whole foods as you can. Whole foods will fuel your body and make you feel good from the inside out.
