I haven't worked out in ages; will this be too difficult for me? It doesn't matter if you're an elite athlete or haven't exercised in years, you will be challenged at an appropriate level for you. While the workouts are vigorous and sweaty, each can be adapted to fit your personal fitness level. If I start my subscription today, will it start from the first workout ever released or will I jump in with everyone else? If you purchase a subscription you will have access to the same two workouts that every other person on Studio LB can access. If you’re just getting started, Lauren offers plenty of modifications to help you follow along with Studio LB. Every video will be a killer workout and challenge you regardless of your fitness level.
How do I log into my VODs and/or Studio LB subscription? You can access your Lauren Boggi Active account here. If you’ve been logged out from your previous session you will receive an email. Follow the new link to gain access to your videos.
Why don’t I need a password to login? Your email address acts as your username and password. For security purposes you will be asked to sign-in by following a link sent to your email.
Where can I access my Lauren Boggi Active account? You access your videos anywhere on any device, 24/7.
What equipment do I need? For the majority of the workouts you will only need yourself, a set of weights, (we recommend 3-10lbs), and an exercise mat! Occasionally Lauren will incorporate some additional props such as resistance bands, but every workout can be completed without the additional props.
How many times a week should I use the Studio LB weekly workout videos? We recommend doing each video 2-3x per week (i.e. 4-5x total workouts per week), in order to achieve your best results. If you don’t have time for a full 45-minute workout everyday, you can supplement them with the quick but effective 12-15 minute CCS VODs.
How many times a week should I use my CCS VODs? These 12-15 minute total-body workouts are quick but extremely effective and powerful. We recommend doing each workout 2-3x per week. Do them alone, or use them to supplement your Studio LB subscription or another cardio or strength-building workout of your choice.
What payments do you accept? We accept most major credit cards.
How does the billing for my Studio LB subscription work? Your subscription automatically renews, and your credit card will be charged each month. For example, if you purchased your subscription on August 10th, your credit card will be charged again on September 10th.
