1/2 c. filtered h20
1/2 c. frozen sweet potato (baked then frozen)
1/4 avocado
juice of 1-2 lg. lemons
1" knob ginger
1" knob turmeric
1/2 tbsp. flaxseed meal
Optional: pinch of cayenne, black pepper
