Bring Activation to you or your small group with a curated three to seven day immersive and transformative program that includes daily customized workouts, a curated nutrition plan and tools to move you into a daily rhythm based on your goals —that transforms your body, mind, and the way you see yourself.

Whether you’re pre-wedding, post baby, or prepping for an event, we’ll establish or reboot your home studio, and develop a custom nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you optimize your innate potential. Think fun and transformative movement, tools and practices, and reconnection to yourself and the earth. It’s life changing.

Exceptions & Additions: Lauren has hosted Activations from three days, to two weeks. Whether you’re looking for a quick reset or a full transformation, we can accommodate your needs. Lauren works with chefs as well as other healing practitioners from around the world to integrate yoga and other modalities at an extra cost.

ACTIVATION OVERVIEW

MOVEMENT

Props and equipment will be shipped to you pre-Activation and post site-check which can be done virtually or in-person. You can expect indoor, studio movement with bands, weights and props along with outdoor movement targeted to your goals.

MEAL PREP

Pre-Activation, we will go over food preferences and dietary restrictions. Upon arriving we will clean out your kitchen and go grocery shopping or it can be taken care of before arrival. *Lauren can also recommend or bring a chef at your request for an additional fee. We will also cover lifestyle tools and mindset practices that support cellular health and help sustain routines.

GOAL SETTING + PROGRESS 

When Lauren arrives you’ll go over your goals, take measurements and progress pictures. We will check-in post-Activation to keep track of your progress and make any adjustments to ensure you reach your goal.
