NEW SLB FEATURES & THE FEBRUARY PROGRAM

SLB FEB. drops on TUESDAY, 2/6. Look out for some exciting new features debuting (Beta) this month.

Having trouble logging in? Some of you are and some aren’t. Our App is currently being updated on all platforms: iOS, Android, Apple TV, FireTV, Roku, and Android TV. If you’re unable to login you will have access soon, I promise. Thank you for your patience!

THE New SLB:

You’ll be able to live stream IN-APP with our new Studio feature. Mindbody online will not be necessary unless you’re taking classes irl or doing virtual privates.

I’ll be able to live stream directly from my phone so we can easily work in the kitchen and connect on-the-go. Perfect for onboarding, recipes and Group Programs.

We’ve created a VOD and livestream Schedule/Calendar for web, Mobile Apps, and Roku. Following the program will be easier than ever. Our scheduled live streams will automatically show up for you in the calendar, in-studio. In order for you to see the Mobile calendar, you will need to make sure you’re on the latest version of the web, iOS mobile, and Android mobile apps which can be updated through the App Store (I’ll tell you when it’s go time).

SLB INSTRUCTOR: KATIE BOOK

I’m excited to (re)introduce instructor @katiegracebook to SLB! You’ve seen Katie featured in some of our workouts and she was also an instructor at Lithe. Katie’s background in dance is the foundation of her love for movement. She has an MFA in dance and has been teaching for 10 years as a group fitness instructor, NASM certified personal trainer, and dance teacher. Helping women find their own love of movement and mind-body connection is her biggest motivator. Katie has found SLB to be the most fun, challenging, and rewarding program she has experienced, and she loves sharing it with members. Katie currently resides in Boston with her husband.

SLB IN MY BODY

In My Body is a progressive, three week program for beginners or those who would like assistance beginning again. Join Lauren and the SLB instructors two times a week for three weeks as you build your foundation, learn the technique and become stronger. Expect to see and feel results. Our first session begins in January. All classes will be saved. $150
