We’re in the last three of the year. New content will drip-in this week as my new equipment arrives. Workouts are listed in studio playlists in the order that I recommend that you do them. I hope you all have a wonderful week!

FULL LENGTH

Allmighty is our first Grounded Cardio workout. It's all-levels friendly and follows our core basics flow. You'll feel this one everywhere. Use ankle weights to kick it up. Quick Burn

Rile is a 36-min full-body Cardio + Sculpt that includes key high powered cardio from this month, along with a breakdown and a standing sculpting series. I adore the Cardio-Sculpt-Cardio format. You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat. Use 8-10 lbs for the ultimate burn in less time.QUICK BURN

Kitchen Sink is a weighted low impact cardio standing core. Wrist weighed key moves with a classic format make this one effective and efficient. You'll need wrist weights or light weights and a set of heavier weights for upper body work. 

QUICK BURN

Overnight: If I were to put one slb workout in my travel bag this season, this would be it. It's 25-min and to-the-point. You'll need one heavy weight (get creative if you're traveling) and I recommend ankle weights if you're looking to really increase the burn. 

Narcissist is a 21-min QB that really hones in on the abs and hips from all angles. All you'll need is wrist weights to challenge. 

Flowers grow from the ground just as your core is built from the ground up. This brief but effective QB is perfect for when you want to focus on the rectus (six-pack). Ankle weights for extra burn.
