SLB 5/6 | WEEK ONE

Welcome to the May Program. I’m excited to kick off the month with BodyLaunch..

BodyLaunch is a program that really enables you to reach your goals quickly. If you’re an slb member and would like to integrate the meal plan, please text the studio hotline: 310-817-0143 for access. The recipes are easy to make and in just three days you’ll see what an impact it makes in your life. I’ll be giving you extra recipes throughout the month so you can keep going strong.

This week we have three new releases: Unicorn, Talking With Hands, and 1998 that will drip into the studio later this week. Update: Unicorn and 1998 will both drip in-studio on Friday. If you’re practicing early, please sub in Purgatory or FTW for Unicorn. Baddie or The Wand are both great subs for 1998.

FULL LENGTH

Unicorn is 40 minutes of deep core work that really goes the extra mile (we do it all in this one) in less time. You’ll need a variety of weights and a mat.

New Thought is a 45-min standing and grounded 3x3 sculpt. You know most of the moves, but this may possibly be the most compound we’ve ever been in a full length workout. You’ll need one heavy weight (8-10 lb is ideal. 5 lb if you’re new or taking it easy) and a mat.

Acid is 50-min of our signature SLB barre-based cardio + sculpt. It begins with classic cardio on the mat and at the barre then transitions to barre sculpting with a breakdown. You’ll need a chair/ledge or barre.

Quick Burn

Talking With Hands is a 25-min Grounded Cardio Quick Burn

1998 is a 25-min CardioSculpt Quick Burn

Frequent is a 27-min grounded core sculpt. If you like Main, you'll love this one. You’ll need a variety of weights and a mat.

Smoke is the ultimate compound quick burn with a classic format and five moves in less than 20-minutes. You'll need a set of medium to heavy weights.

Mom tackles it all in under 30 min. She begins with looped cardio, moves into standing weighted sculpting, transitions to non-looped cardio and then grounded mat sculpting. You’ll need one heavy weight, a medium resistance loop and a mat.
